Yes, you can do this by contacting us in advance by email with a request to cancel the parking reservation. Please indicate the car number, date of arrival, bank account name and number under which the reservation has been made. The cancellation service is paid. We can also transfer the amount paid to another reservation. More – RESERVATION RULES.

We always provide 1 hour of free time, which can be used for early arrival or late departure at Vilnius, Kaunas, and Palanga airports. If you exceed the free time, you can only pay for the extra time at the closest automated pay station. The UNIPARK mobile app does not allow you to pay for overstayed free time, so please ignore the amount of the parking fee displayed on the app. Free time is valid only when reserving parking on our unipark.shop.If your flight has been cancelled or rescheduled, you can re-book at least 1 hour before the start of parking. If you exceed your free time at Vilnius, Kaunas, or Palanga parking lot (we give you 1 hour of free time when you book online via unipark.shop), you can only pay for the extra time at the nearest automated pay station. The UNIPARK mobile app cannot be used to pay for overstaying the free time. For each hour overstayed, the full hourly rate specified in the parking lot rules applies.
