Is parking without booking in advance is more expensive?

Yes, when booking in advance, the price may be similar to or lower than indicated in the parking lot description due to various discounts, loyalty program, and other special offers. My flight has been cancelled/rescheduled, can I cancel my parking reservation for free?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 1 hour before the start of the parking service. To cancel your reservation, please contact us in advance at info@unipark.lt to cancel your reservation. Please include the car number, arrival date, name of the payer and bank account number. For more information see RESERVATION RULES.

What if I haven’t received any confirmation letter after payment, even though the money has already been deducted?

If you entered your e-mail address correctly, then check the Promo or Spam folder of your inbox.

Q: Can I get a refund for an unused reservation at Vilnius, Kaunas, or Palanga airport parking lot?

Yes, you can do this by contacting us in advance by email with a request to cancel the parking reservation. Please indicate the car number, date of arrival, bank account name and number under which the reservation has been made. The cancellation service is paid. Q: Flight at Vilnius, Kaunas or Palanga Airport are running late. What do I do?

We always provide 1 hour of free time, which can be used for early arrival or late departure at Vilnius, Kaunas, and Palanga airports. If you exceed the free time, you can only pay for the extra time at the closest automated pay station. The UNIPARK mobile app does not allow you to pay for overstayed free time, so please ignore the amount of the parking fee displayed on the app. Free time is valid only when reserving parking on our unipark.shop.If your flight has been cancelled or rescheduled, you can re-book at least 1 hour before the start of parking. Q: How can I pay for the extra parking time in the Vilnius, Kaunas, or Palanga airport parking lot?

If you exceed your free time at Vilnius, Kaunas, or Palanga parking lot (we give you 1 hour of free time when you book online via unipark.shop), you can only pay for the extra time at the nearest automated pay station. The UNIPARK mobile app cannot be used to pay for overstaying the free time. For each hour overstayed, the full hourly rate specified in the parking lot rules applies.
