When paying via the UNIPARK mobile app, a city fee is applied in Vilnius city zones, while different app service fee rates apply in other zones. In the UNIPARK mobile app, the fee is charged only when parking or electric vehicle charging is started.

This fee is applied each time a parking or charging order is made and is fixed, regardless of the amount paid for the parking service itself.

If your device has two SIM cards, the parking fee will be charged from the SIM card with mobile data enabled.

Go to https://unipark.shop/, select your preferred airport (Vilnius, Kaunas, Palanga, or Riga), and after choosing the required reservation dates and times, you will see all available parking lots in the next window – both multi-storey and open, for long-term and short-term parking.

After payment and completing the reservation, all information will be sent to your email.

Go to https://unipark.shop/, select Vilnius Airport (VNO), and after choosing the required reservation dates and times, you will see all parking lots and their rates for your selected period.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge no later than 1 hour before the start of the parking service. To cancel a reservation, please contact us in advance by email at info@unipark.lt with a request to cancel. In the email, please include your license plate number, arrival date, payer’s name, surname, and account number. More information – RESERVATION RULES.
