By giving this consent, I confirm that I have read and understood the information provided below:
- The Company will process my personal data (i.e., name, surname, email address) to conduct its social media marketing activities and promote its brand, products, and/or services on social networks (e.g., Facebook). It should be noted that my data will be used to create a relevant advertising audience for the Company and to find similar users on social networks to whom the Company’s advertisements will be targeted.
- I am informed that this consent is not related to direct marketing targeted specifically at me and/or the exclusive display of advertisements on social networks for me. I understand that based on this consent, my personal data will be transferred to the Company’s data processor (Meta Platforms, Inc.) for the aforementioned purpose (i.e., identifying a relevant advertising audience for the Company).
- The Company will process my personal data on a legal basis as specified in Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, i.e., when the data subject has given consent for their data to be processed for one or more specific purposes (i.e., based on this Consent).
- The Company will process the collected personal data for a period of one year, but no longer than the validity of my given consent, meaning until this consent is withdrawn.
- I have the right to object at any time to the processing of my personal data for the purposes specified in this Consent, i.e., I may withdraw my consent by informing the Company via email at info@unipark.lt.
- The withdrawal of this consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out based on the Consent before its withdrawal.
- The Company will retain this consent as proof for two (2) years from the end of the data processing period specified in the Consent.
- My personal data specified in this Consent will not be shared with third parties for other purposes, except as specified in this Consent, i.e., data will only be provided to the mentioned data processors for the purpose of conducting the Company’s marketing on social media.
- I am aware that I have the right to request access to my processed personal data and request corrections, deletions, or restrictions on data processing, as well as the right to data portability.
- After confirming my identity (i.e., properly identifying myself), I can exercise my data subject rights by contacting the Company via email at info@unipark.lt.
- I have been informed that I have the right to submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Authority regarding the Company’s actions and/or inactions in processing my data based on this consent.
