How to reserve a parking space at the airport?
Go to https://unipark.shop/, choose the airport that is most convenient for you (Vilnius, Kaunas, Palanga, or Riga), and after selecting the required reservation dates and times, you will see all available parking lots in the next step — both multi-storey and open-air, for long-term and short-term parking.
After payment and completion of the reservation, all information will be sent to you by email.

How much does parking cost at Vilnius Airport?
Go to https://unipark.shop/, select Vilnius Airport (VNO), and after choosing the required reservation dates and times, you will see all parking lots and their rates for your selected period.
Can I change airport reservation dates or vehicle license plate numbers?
Yes, you can change this information no later than 1 hour before the start of parking by contacting our customer support center at +370 700 77877 or info@unipark.lt
My flight was canceled or rescheduled. Can I cancel my parking reservation for free?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge no later than 1 hour before the start of the parking service. To cancel a reservation, please contact us in advance by email at info@unipark.lt
with a request to cancel the reservation. In the email, please indicate the vehicle license plate number(s), arrival date, payer’s name and surname, and account number. More information: RESERVATION RULES.
Flights are delayed at Vilnius, Kaunas, or Palanga airports. What should I do?
We always provide 1 hour of free time, which you can use if you arrive earlier or leave later from the parking lot at Vilnius, Kaunas, and Palanga airports. If the free time is exceeded, you can pay for the additional time only at the nearest automatic payment terminal. The exceeded free time cannot be paid via the UNIPARK mobile app, so please ignore the payable amount shown in the app. The free time applies only when reserving parking via unipark.shop. If the flight was canceled or rescheduled, you can change the reservation no later than 1 hour before the start of parking. More information: RESERVATION RULES.
How can I pay for exceeded parking time at Vilnius, Kaunas, or Palanga airport parking lots?
If the free time is exceeded at Vilnius, Kaunas, or Palanga airport parking lots (1 hour of free time is granted when reserving parking online via unipark.shop), you can pay for the additional time only at the nearest automatic payment terminal. The exceeded free time cannot be paid via the UNIPARK mobile app. For each exceeded hour, the full hourly rate specified in the parking lot rules applies. I have an unusual vehicle license plate format. Will I be allowed to enter the parking lot?

I arrived at the parking lot, I have a reservation, but I see parking charges in the app. Should I worry?
Ignore the information shown in the app. When exiting the parking lot, the barrier will open and no additional payment will be required.
Is parking without advance reservation more expensive?
Yes, reserving in advance may result in a similar or lower price than indicated in the parking lot description, as various discounts, the loyalty program, and other special offers apply.

Can I get a refund for an unused reservation at Vilnius, Kaunas, or Palanga airport?
Yes, you can do this by contacting us in advance by email at info@unipark.lt
with a request to cancel the parking reservation. Please indicate the vehicle license plate number(s), arrival date, payer’s name and surname, and account number. The payment can also be transferred to another reservation. More information: RESERVATION RULES.
When entering a gated parking lot, my license plate was read incorrectly
Make sure that your vehicle’s license plate is clean (this usually happens due to poor weather conditions), not bent, and properly mounted. If you believe your license plate is in good condition, contact our customer support center at +370 700 77877 or info@unipark.lt

Long-term parking at Vilnius Airport (VNO) can be reserved in the multi-storey parking lots P1 and P4, and in the open-air parking lots P4-MINI, P5, P6, P8, and P9 via unipark.shop. How to find the nearest parking lot?
Download the UNIPARK app – here you will see all parking lots and zones across Lithuania. To make parking in the city even more convenient with UNIPARK, allow the app access to your device’s location – this way, the app can suggest the appropriate city and parking zone you are currently in. The nearest parking lot will be automatically selected on the map, and in the list, which you can access by clicking the “list” button, parking lots will also be filtered by proximity to your current location.
In the app, you can also conveniently pay for parking services using various payment methods: by UNIPARK Smart, online banking, bank card, mobile operator billing, as well as Apple / Google Pay.

How can I get free parking time?
Follow the information in the rules and traffic signs. In some parking lots, free time is granted automatically upon arrival; in others, you need to enter your vehicle’s license plate number on a special terminal screen; in yet others, you must start parking at a parking meter or via the UNIPARK app.
To find out whether free parking time is available in a specific parking lot, pay attention to the signs and the information provided in the app. Not all parking lots offer free parking time.
In which parking lots can I sign a subscription agreement?
Sign an e-contract in the subscription agreements section, where you will find a list of all parking lots in which you can sign an agreement.
From which SIM card will the parking fee be charged if the device has two SIM cards?
If the device has two SIM cards, the parking fee will be charged from the SIM card that has mobile data enabled.
How can I join UNIPARK Smart?
You can join UNIPARK Smart via the contract self-service, however, you must first create an account as a user or an agency. Information about different contract types and their benefits can be found in the Sign an e-contract window.
How to deal with an application error?
In case of an error, do not stop the ordered service and contact our customer service center +370 700 77877.

What is the app service fee?
When paying via the UNIPARK mobile app, a fee applies in Vilnius city zones, and different app service fees apply in other zones. In the UNIPARK mobile app, the fee is charged only when parking or electric vehicle charging is started. This fee is applied each time a parking or charging session is initiated and is fixed, regardless of the amount paid for the parking service itself.
Why can’t I pay for parking?
There are several possible solutions:
- Make sure you’ve selected the correct car number for which you want to make a payment.
- Re-enter bank / credit card details – Menu -> Select payment method.
- Secure online shopping is not enabled on your bank / credit card. Contact your bank.
- Top up your bank / credit card account if there are insufficient funds.
- Mobile operator disruptions – Choose another payment methot, for example bank card or contact your mobile operator.

I cannot use the app. Why?
Check that mobile data is turned on and WIFI is turned off.

How to start parking?
To start parking in open parking lots:
If you use GPS, the map will choose the parking lot that is closest to you automatically, while you can see all parking lots when pressed on “list” button, they will also be filtered by proximity to your current location. After selecting the parking lot, start parking by moving the “P” lever. To stop, move the PAY lever. Keep in mind that the application does not select your current location, this function is performed by your device.
If you are not using GPS, select the desired location on the map or in the parking lot list, which you can find by clicking on the “list” button. After selecting the parking lot, start parking by moving the “P” lever. To stop, move the PAY lever.
In parking lots with a barrier, parking in the app will start automatically when you enter the parking lot, so you will not need to start parking. To leave the parking lot, pay for parking in the app before leaving. Once paid, you will have an additional 15 minutes to leave.
From which SIM card will the parking fee be charged if the device has two SIM cards?
If the device has two SIM cards, the parking fee will be charged from the SIM card that has mobile data enabled.
