This UNIPARK solution simplifies monitoring lot occupancy — parking is controlled by smart cameras, and the data are processed using artificial intelligence.

  1. The camera reads all vehicle license plates when entering and exiting the lot.

  2. Upon exit, the system checks whether parking has been paid / whether the time limit has not been exceeded.

  3. Drivers pay for parking in the UNIPARK mobile app or at payment terminals installed in the lot.
