How to enter a UNIPARK parking lot?
Operation of the system
This modern technology reads the car’s licence plate number and transfers it to the software. In this way, the exact car entry / exit date, its specific standing time, place and parking fee is recorded.
Stop at the barrier upon arrival
When you arrive, stop your car at the entry/exit barrier until the system scans your vehicle’s license plate (it must be clean and undamaged). Once the barrier rises, drive in.
Pay before exiting
Before leaving, you must pay for parking at an automatic payment machine or via the UNIPARK mobile app for smartphones. When exiting, follow the same steps as when entering.
Payment for parking in barrier-free lots
The camera scans all vehicle license plates when entering and exiting the parking lot. When exiting, the system verifies whether parking has been paid for and that the time limit has not been exceeded. Drivers pay for parking via the UNIPARK mobile app or at on-site parking machines.
What happens when a driver does not pay for parking?
Unpaid parking or exceeded free parking time is recorded.
A notification about the unpaid parking is automatically sent.
If payment is not received within the specified time, the debt recovery process begins.
