Политика файлов-cookies

  1. To ensure this website functions properly, small data files called cookies are sometimes saved on your device. Most major websites do the same.

  2. What is HTTP cookie?

Cookie – is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user’s computer by the user’s web browser while the user is browsing. Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember stateful information (such as items added in the shopping cart in an online store) or to record the user’s browsing activity (including clicking particular buttons, logging in, or recording which pages were visited in the past).

  3. What types of cookies are used?

Essential Cookies – these cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the website. They enable the use of certain website features, such as securely logging into an account created on the site.

Analytical / Performance Cookies – these cookies collect information about how many users visit the website, what content they choose while browsing, and other data needed to improve the website’s functionality.

Functional Cookies – these cookies are used to recognize a user who returns to the website. They help personalize the content displayed on the site, save chosen settings, and similar preferences.

Advertising / Third-Party Cookies – these cookies are used to adapt information about website usage for delivering advertising or other targeted information that is relevant to the user.

  4. What is conversion tracking “Pixel”?

A Pixel tag – also known as a web beacon, clear GIF, or hidden code – is a small piece of code that collects information through short snippets of programming code, transferring it to a tiny (usually invisible) graphic image about the actions you take on our website. The collected information is sent to the server of the Pixel service provider, unlike cookies, which are stored in your browser.

A Pixel can collect various information about your actions on our website — button clicks in certain areas, data entered into forms, IP address, information about your internet browser, and more.

The Pixel tag also recognizes certain types of information stored on your computer, such as existing cookies and the data recorded in them. This helps tailor and optimize ads based on collected data, create target audiences for future advertising, and prepare remarketing offers for potential clients — people who have already taken certain actions on our website.

  5. How does UAB Stova (hereinafter – the Company) use cookies?

www.unipark.lt uses cookies to collect your IP address and browsing information, such as the websites you visit or the time spent on each page. This allows the website to remember your system and settings.

When you visit our website, only essential cookies are installed on your device; all other cookies may be installed only if you choose them in the cookie settings tool. It should be noted that if you disable cookies in your browser, some website functions may partially or completely stop working.

“Google Analytics” cookies are used for various services and advertising purposes. These cookies collect different information about users and are used to distinguish unique users by assigning them a unique identifier (ID).

Other cookies allow the Company to monitor website traffic and user actions on the site — the Company uses this data to analyze visitor behavior and improve the overall browsing experience. These cookies are installed and used with the help of the “Google Analytics” tool.

“Google” uses cookies in various ways. For example, through remarketing, Adwords, and Google Analytics cookies are used to display ads or track your preferences.

The information obtained through cookies about website usage includes standard internet log data (including your IP address) and anonymous data about visitor behavior.

All other cookies used and their descriptions can be viewed in our “Cookiebot” tool, where you can also change your preferences: Click here

Cookies are also used to record whether the data subject agrees (or disagrees) to the use of cookies on the www.unipark.lt website so that this question is not asked every time you visit the site.

The legal basis for using cookies is the Company’s legitimate interest in ensuring the website’s technical functionality. In cases where cookies are used to remember your preferences and collect statistics, the legal basis for using cookies is your consent.

  6. How does the Company use conversion tracking “Pixel”?

We use “Google Analytics,” “Facebook Pixel,” and “Adwords” as analytical tools that help us evaluate the effectiveness of advertising by understanding the actions you take on our website. They allow us to monitor advertisements, optimize them based on collected data, create target audiences for future advertising, and develop remarketing offers for potential clients — people who have already taken certain actions on our website.

All other cookies used and their descriptions can be viewed in our “Cookiebot” tool, where you can also change your preferences: Click here

  7. Who has access to your data?

Access to technical records may also be granted to the Company’s partners who provide website content management tools or hosting services for the Company’s website.

The “Google Analytics” and “Adwords” tools are provided by Google (a U.S.-based company), which also has access to the data collected through these tools. Google is committed to applying the EU–U.S. Privacy Shield principles, ensuring that the service provider complies with EU privacy standards. The provider is also bound by contractual obligations to ensure data privacy. You can read more about this here:

  8. How long does the Company retain data?

The Company uses the collected data for analysis for up to three years. Cookies generally have a short validity period, depending on the type of cookie (one day, a week, or a month), but in some cases, they may remain valid for up to five years.

  10. How to manage cookies?

However, if you do so, you may need to manually adjust some settings each time you visit a website. Additionally, certain services and features may not function properly. You can manage and/or delete cookies at any time according to your preferences. In most browsers, you can set them not to store cookies.
