Vilnius Airport is undergoing a parking reconstruction, which may restrict a faster pedestrian route from the P9 parking lot to the terminal.

Flight delayed at Vilnius Airport (VNO). What should I do about car parking?

We always provide 1 hour of free time that you can use for arriving earlier or leaving later from the parking lot at Vilnius Airport. If you exceed the free time, you can pay for the additional time only at the nearest automated pay station. You cannot pay for the exceeded free time using the UNIPARK mobile app, so please ignore the payment amount shown in the app. The free time is only valid when booking parking through unipark.shop. If your flight was canceled or rescheduled, you can move your reservation up to 1 hour before the parking starts. For more information, see the RESERVATION RULES.

How to pay for exceeded parking time at Vilnius Airport (VNO) parking lot?

If you exceed the free time in the Vilnius Airport parking lot (we provide 1 hour of free time when booking parking online through unipark.shop), you can pay for the additional time only at the nearest automated pay station. You cannot pay for the exceeded free time using the UNIPARK mobile app. The full hourly rate specified in the parking lot rules applies for each exceeded hour.

What should I do if I didn't receive a confirmation email after making a payment through unipark.shop, even though the money has been deducted?

I am interested in long-term parking at Vilnius Airport (VNO). In which parking lot can I reserve parking in advance?

You can book long-term parking at Vilnius Airport (VNO) in the multi-story parking lots P1 and P4, and in the outdoor parking lots P4-MINI, P5, P6, P8, and P9 through unipark.shop.

I arrived at the parking lot, but the barrier doesn't lift or I couldn't find a free parking space. Who should I contact?

I arrived at the parking lot and have a reservation, but I see a parking fee being calculated in the UNIPARK app. Should I be concerned?

Ignore the information shown in the UNIPARK app. When leaving the parking lot, the barrier will lift, and you won’t need to make any additional payments.

My flight to Vilnius Airport (VNO) was canceled/rescheduled. Can I cancel my parking reservation for free?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation for free up to 1 hour before the parking service begins. To cancel your reservation, please contact us in advance by email at info@unipark.lt with a request to cancel the reservation. In the email, include the car’s license plate numbers, arrival date, the payer’s first and last name, and the account number. For more information, see the RESERVATION RULES.

Is parking without a prior reservation at UNIPARK lots at Vilnius Airport (VNO) more expensive?
