Parking in Šiauliai City Zones

Parking can be paid for using the UNIPARK app or through an actual parking agreement with UNIPARK.

The fee you paid belongs to the Šiauliai city municipality. When paying for the city zones of Šiauliai, UNIPARK acts only as an intermediary, providing an additional payment service through the app. We recommend contacting the Šiauliai city municipality administration’s customer service department at info@siauliai.lt.

Owners, managers, or authorized persons of residential or non-residential premises can be issued permits. Residents can order permits from UAB “Šiaulių gatvių apšvietimas”:

• Customer service center: Aušros al. 53, Šiauliai, working hours: Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00.

• If needed, a person has the right to purchase a monthly subscription with a 50% discount in the respective paid zone where the person’s premises or entrance to the premises are located. Subscription prices.

If you have a lease agreement registered with the State Enterprise “Registrų centras,” you can submit an application for a resident permit in your name (a copy of the agreement must be provided). If the lease agreement is not registered, the application for the resident permit must be submitted by the property owner, indicating the vehicle’s license plate number (a copy of the vehicle registration certificate is required).

Commercial property tenants can apply for a resident permit in the tenant’s name (a copy of the lease agreement must be provided). The commercial property lease agreement must be registered with the State Enterprise “Registrų centras.”

A subscription can be purchased only after prepayment for a 1, 3, or 6-month period:

• UAB “Šiaulių Šviesa” Customer Service Center (Aušros al. 53, Šiauliai).
  Working hours: Monday–Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00. Payment can only be made by card;

• Parking meter – a one-month subscription, not eligible for a discount;

• Flowbird app – a one-month subscription, not eligible for a discount;

• Bank transfer, indicating the necessary information in the purpose of payment (download)*;

• Self-service portal (https://savitarna.sga.lt/account/login). Subscriptions with discounts are not issued in the self-service portal.

A person entitled to receive a resident permit can purchase a discounted subscription. Payment for a discounted subscription can be made at the Customer Service Center (by bank card) or by bank transfer to the account LT797300010176067699 (in the purpose of payment, it is necessary to indicate the vehicle’s license plate number, the zone for which payment is made, the number of months, and the desired subscription start date).

The discounted subscription purchased at the Customer Service Center becomes valid from the desired date, no earlier than the payment date. The subscription paid by bank transfer becomes valid from the date indicated in the purpose of the transfer, but not earlier than the next business day after payment.
