Slide the purple lever to reserve charging access. The reservation will be reserved for 15 minutes. Connect the car to any free charging access within the specified time. Please note that it may take up to 30 seconds for the cord to be released after payment, so please do not pull on the cord by force.
To start parking in open parking lots:
If you use GPS, the map will choose the parking lot that is closest to you automatically, while you can see all parking lots when pressed on “list” button, they will also be filtered by proximity to your current location. After selecting the parking lot, start parking by moving the “P” lever. To stop, move the PAY lever. Keep in mind that the application does not select your current location, this function is performed by your device.
If you are not using GPS, select the desired location on the map or in the parking lot list, which you can find by clicking on the “list” button. After selecting the parking lot, start parking by moving the “P” lever. To stop, move the PAY lever.
In parking lots with a barrier, parking in the app will start automatically when you enter the parking lot, so you will not need to start parking. To leave the parking lot, pay for parking in the app before leaving. Once paid, you will have an additional 15 minutes to leave.
Check that mobile data is turned on and WIFI is turned off.

When paying with the uniPark mobile app, there is a service fee of 0.10 EUR (ten euro cents), in the uniPark mobile app the fee is charged only when parking starts. This fee applies each time a parking order is placed and is fixed, regardless of the amount paid for the parking service itself.
There are several possible solutions:
- Make sure you’ve selected the correct car number for which you want to make a payment.
- Re-enter bank / credit card details – Menu -> Select payment method.
- Secure online shopping is not enabled on your bank / credit card. Contact your bank.
- Top up your bank / credit card account if there are insufficient funds.
- Mobile operator disruptions – Choose another payment methot, for example bank card or contact your mobile operator.

INCORRECLTY SCANNED NUMBERS

- When entering the parking, stop in front of the STOP line, without passing the STOP line, the cameras can only scan a fragment of your number.
- The car number may not be scanned correctly due to the position of your number. If the car number is not readable due to the position of it, try to approach it so that the cameras can read it.
- In snowy weather, make sure your car numbers are well cleaned of snow and dirt.

RESERVATIONS
Yes, you can change these details at least 1 hour before parking starts by contacting our Customer Service Centre +370 700 77877 or info@unipark.lt.
Yes, you can do this by contacting us in advance by email with a request to cancel the parking reservation. Please indicate the car number, date of arrival, bank account name and number under which the reservation has been made. The cancellation service is paid. We can also transfer the amount paid to another reservation. More – RESERVATION RULES.
We always provide 1 hour of free time, which can be used for early arrival or late departure at Vilnius, Kaunas, and Palanga airports. If you exceed the free time, you can only pay for the extra time at the closest automated pay station. The UNIPARK mobile app does not allow you to pay for overstayed free time, so please ignore the amount of the parking fee displayed on the app. Free time is valid only when reserving parking on our unipark.shop.If your flight has been cancelled or rescheduled, you can re-book at least 1 hour before the start of parking. If you exceed your free time at Vilnius, Kaunas, or Palanga parking lot (we give you 1 hour of free time when you book online via unipark.shop), you can only pay for the extra time at the nearest automated pay station. The UNIPARK mobile app cannot be used to pay for overstaying the free time. For each hour overstayed, the full hourly rate specified in the parking lot rules applies. In our e-shop unipark.shop select the date and time of arrival and departure from the parking, the desired airport or city parking lot and follow the payment steps.
Ignore the information contained in the application. When leaving the site, the barriers will be raised and no extra charge will be required.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 1 hour before the start of the parking service. To cancel your reservation, please contact us in advance at info@unipark.lt to cancel your reservation. Please include the car number, arrival date, name of the payer and bank account number. FINES
You can find out whether free time is available from the information provided in the parking lot rules, signs or in the description of the parking lot one the uniPark.lt website.
Follow the information in the rules and reference signs. In some parking lots you will receive free time as soon as you arrive, in others you need to enter your car car numbers on the special screen of the terminal, in others you need to start parking via application or SMS message.

Penalty notices are issued for unpaid parking, parking in an irregular or unauthorized location.
PARKING LOTS
Parking lots with a barrier – when approaching the barrier, stop at the STOP line until the cameras scan the car’s number and the barriers open. When you finish parking, pay for parking at the parking meter or in the app and then leave the parking lot.
Open parking lots – when entering an open parking lot, parking must be started with an app, SMS message or parking meter (if there is one). When you finish parking, make sure you stop parking and pay for it in the ways listed above.

In Trakai city areas, for drivers of cars marked with a disabled parking card, when the disabled parking card is left inside the car behind the windshield on the panel on the passenger side, in a clearly visible place from the outside, on the side with the card number and expiration date.
In Neringa city zones, drivers of cars marked with the signs “Disabled”, as suggested in the traffic signs, with the appropriate mark in the vehicle registration documents (motor vehicle driven by or transporting the disabled).
In Panevėžys city zones, cars marked with a parking card for disabled persons have been issued by the Territorial Division of the Disability and Working Capacity Assessment Service under the Ministry of Social Security and Labor.
