Parking Permits for Residents
Panevėžys City Municipality provides an opportunity to obtain long-term resident permits, which grant the right to park a vehicle in paid parking lots near the declared place of residence.
It is also possible to obtain commercial premises owner permits that allow parking near non-residential premises.
The validity areas of the permits are determined by the City Council.

- After parking, immediately activate parking in the UNIPARK app, and when leaving – deactivate the parking service.

SMS message
Send a text message to 1332 (Telia, Tele2, Bite). Replace UNP000 with your vehicle’s license plate number.
In the message, enter the code U Start X UNP000, where X is the parking zone code, and to stop parking, enter U Stop UNP000.

You can pay at the parking meter with 10 ct, 20 ct, 50 ct, 1 EUR, and 2 EUR coins.
