Parking Permits for Residents

Panevėžys City Municipality provides an opportunity to obtain long-term resident permits, which grant the right to park a vehicle in paid parking lots near the declared place of residence.
It is also possible to obtain commercial premises owner permits that allow parking near non-residential premises.
The validity areas of the permits are determined by the City Council.

UNIPARK app

    1. After parking, immediately activate parking in the UNIPARK app, and when leaving – deactivate the parking service.
  1. Allow the app to access your device location – this will help it quickly detect the zone you are in.

    1. You can also set automatic parking stop in the app.

SMS message

  1. Send a text message to 1332 (Telia, Tele2, Bite). Replace UNP000 with your vehicle’s license plate number.

  2. In the message, enter the code U Start X UNP000, where X is the parking zone code, and to stop parking, enter U Stop UNP000.

Make sure to wait for the confirmation message. An additional uSMS service fee of 0.15 Eur applies.

Parking meter

You can pay at the parking meter with 10 ct, 20 ct, 50 ct, 1 EUR, and 2 EUR coins.
