General information

UNIPARK parking lot in the Business Garden Vilnius business centre at Laisvės pr. 10, Vilnius. The parking lot is for office guests. There are no entry/exit barriers in the parking lot, and the movement of cars is recorded by Parkomatic system cameras installed in the parking lot. Parking must be activated immediately after entering the lot. When leaving the lot, don’t forget to stop the parking service. Visitors to the parking lot have 1 h. of free parking. Parking in the lot is charged 24/7. Payment is possible via the UNIPARK app, SMS message, or according to the actual parking agreement with UNIPARK. In case of non-payment or late extension of the parking period, a penalty notice of 20 Eur will be issued.

Payment Options

• UNIPARK mobile app

  When parking in the parking lot, you must activate parking immediately in the UNIPARK app and stop the parking service when leaving.

  To pay for parking more conveniently, allow the UNIPARK app to use your device’s location. This will help the app automatically select the zone you are currently in.

  To avoid forgetting to stop your parking session, you can set automatic parking stop in the UNIPARK app.

  An additional App Service Fee applies. The specific amount is indicated in the app under the parking lot/zone description.

  Instead of UNP000, enter your vehicle registration number.

  • To order the service, write:

  • Pay for parking:

  After ordering/stopping the service, you must receive a confirmation message.

  Additional uSMS service fee – €0.15.

  Mobile network operators apply a service activation/deactivation fee, which you will find out from your mobile service provider.

  If you have an actual parking contract UNIPARK Smart, download the mobile app and choose the payment method “UNIPARK Smart”.
