Kaunas Old Town Pollution Tax
In the Kaunas Old Town Low Emission Zone (STZ), a 2.00 Eur fee is applied for each entry.
If you park in the Old Town Low Emission Zone, the fee is included in the parking price, so no additional payment is required.
You can check the amount due and pay via the UNIPARK and carOne mobile apps or the “Parkavimas Kaune” website within 30 calendar days. Payment can also be made at parking meters located in the Old Town zone.

Kaunas, Restricted Parking Zone

In the limited parking time zone of Kaunas, parking must be activated immediately after parking the car in the zone. When parking in a Kaunas city zone, you must activate parking immediately in the UNIPARK app and turn off the parking service when leaving.

Parking meter

Parking meters do not give change.
After successfully making a payment with a contactless payment card, you will receive a receipt and a parking ticket.
