Cancelled or rescheduled flight? Change of plans?
Great news for travellers! Flight schedules can change suddenly and changes can cause unpleasant problems. The new unipark.shop feature will give you flexibility and peace of mind in your travel planning.
From now on, if your travel plans change, you can cancel your unipark.shop parking reservation at Vilnius, Kaunas or Palanga airports free of charge and get a full refund up to 1 hour before the reservation starts.
If your flight has been cancelled or rescheduled, you are welcome to reschedule your parking reservation free of charge at least 1 hour before the start of the reserved parking.
How to cancel a reservation:
- To cancel your reservation, please contact us in advance at info@unipark.lt with a cancellation request for a reservation made through unipark.shop. Please include the car number, arrival date, name of the payer and bank account number in the email.
- Cancellation is free of charge at least 1 hour before the start of the parking service.
- If your flight has been cancelled or rescheduled, you can transfer your parking free of charge at least 1 hour before the start of your reserved parking.
- Less than 1 hour before the airport parking service is booked, the customer will be charged 30% of the value of the parking service paid, up to a maximum of EUR 10.
- The refund will be refunded to the bank account provided within 14 calendar days.
