Good news for travellers! From now on, if your travel plans change, you can cancel your unipark.shop parking reservation at Vilnius, Kaunas or Palanga airports free of charge and get a full refund up to 1 hour before the start of your reservation.
Free cancellation of parking reservations
If your travel plans have changed, you can cancel or reschedule your parking reservation at Vilnius, Kaunas or Palanga Airport free of charge at least 1 hour before the start of your trip. Cancelled or rescheduled flight? Simply change the time of your booking - no extra charge.
From now on, if your travel plans change, you can cancel your unipark.shop parking reservation at Vilnius, Kaunas or Palanga airports for free and get a full refund at least 1 hour before the start of your reservation.
To cancel your reservation, please contact us in advance at info@unipark.lt with a cancellation request made via unipark.shop. Please include the car number, arrival date, payer’s name and account number.
Cancellation is free of charge at least 1 hour before the start of the parking service.
If your flight has been cancelled or rescheduled, you can re-park free of charge at least 1 hour before the start of your reserved parking.
Less than 1 hour before the reserved airport parking service, the customer will be charged 30% of the value of the parking service paid, up to a maximum of EUR 10. The refund will be refunded to the bank account provided within 14 calendar days.
